Dato' Azmi Mohd Ali is the Senior Partner of the firm. Dato' Azmi is an experienced corporate lawyer with extensive expertise in areas of banking and finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, privatization and energy, oil and gas. Prior joining private practice, Dato' Azmi spent 7 years as an in-house counsel of PETRONAS (the Malaysian Multinational Oil & Gas Company).
In his working career as a PETRONAS house counsel, he was involved in projects of national importance for Malaysia such as Gas Sales Agreements, Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Development Authorities and Petrochemical Projects.
