Robert has acted in some of Australia’s leading commercial disputes including shareholders' class actions, directors' and officers' liability, auditor and other professional indemnity claims and, more recently, in the multi-billion dollar major infrastructure project “traffic forecasting” cases. Robert also has considerable experience in advising on corporate governance issues, risk management, directors’ responsibilities, compliance, privacy and has often had to deal with and represent clients before the corporate regulators such as ASIC, APRA, ACCC and the ASX.
