He has advised in relation to acquisitions and disposals of businesses by companies in the TMT (technology, media and telecoms), financial services, energy, brewing, real estate, industrial, healthcare and the entertainment sectors. He has also assisted in the formation of joint ventures between both domestic and international counterparties (including the negotiation of joint venture agreements). His experience also includes advising in relation to corporate funding arrangements, including the issue of shares, convertible bonds and other securities, and the negotiation of commercial arrangements such as agreements in relation to management, employees, transitional services, leasehold and distribution arrangements (among others).
