Mr. Zeidan is a leading expert in matters related to the Capital Markets and advises clients on tender offers, rights issue, swaps and IPOs, stock exchange rules and disclosure requirements. He is recognized as the leading Egyptian expert in the Employees Stock Option Plans in Egypt (ESOP) setting the models for the market. Mr. Zeidan was recently one of the leading partners and an active member of the M&A team handling major transactions in Egypt.
