He specializes in M&A and debt and equity financing for domestic and international clients, with a focus on complex cross-border transactions. Doni represents private equity funds in major investments and acquisitions and has special expertise in regulatory matters related to M&A transactions.

Career
Doni clerked for the former Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court and was an associate in two US law firms and a partner in two leading Israeli law firms prior to joining EBN.
