Jason Smit is head of Construction and Engineering Practice. He has acted for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional service providers covering a wide range of traditional construction projects, telecommunications, energy and mining-related engineering ventures. He is familiar with the FIDIC, NEC and JVCC standard forms of contract. Jason has also represented a wide range of corporate and commercial clients in both High Court and Arbitration proceedings. He holds B.Bus.Sci (Hons) and LLB degrees from University of Cape Town.
