Loren Tibshraeny is a project development, project finance and oil and gas executive at ENSafrica. He specialises in engineering, procurement and construction, with specific focus on project development, project service agreements, and construction and maintenance contracts, as well as securitisation, and interpretation of project agreements. Loren advises lenders, sponsors and contractors, and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating EPC and O&M contracts in the infrastructure, oil and gas, renewable energy and mining sectors. Loren’s extensive international experience extends throughout Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America.
