Tyron is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel and a member of Webber Wenzel's Energy and Infrastructure Sector Group. He specialises in cross-border and domestic project development and engineering and construction transactions in the mining, property, infrastructure, oil & gas and energy sectors. Tyron renders a wide range of legal services relating to the built environment; advising clients in relation to both front-end and litigious matters, including providing advice in relation to the drafting and negotiation of engineering and construction contracts and related project documents, and advising on contractual disputes.
