Peter is a Director in our Corporate and Commercial practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Peter has extensive experience in company law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, corporate structuring and restructuring, financing, cross-border transactions, REIT's, renewable energy, black economic empowerment, the investment industry (including fund design and implementation), insolvency law, and selected areas of tax law.

Peter began his career in 1993 as a Candidate Attorney at Herbsteins (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr) and became a Director in 1997.
