Stuart McCafferty specialises in major arbitrations and commercial litigation for both domestic and international clients. He has extensive experience in contractual disputes as well as regulatory, engineering, construction, mining and telecommunications law. He has comprehensive experience in group and class actions/mass tort litigation. He is also a key member of Webber Wentzel's ABC Practice Group. Stuart serves on the executive committee of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa.
