Manus Booysen is a partner in the Corporate Practice at Webber Wentzel. He holds a BA, LLB and MBA degree from the University of Pretoria and specialises in mining, energy, oil & gas and precious metals law. He has substantial experience in corporate, commercial and black economic empowerment law. This includes mergers and acquisitions, structuring and transactional advice and the drafting and implementation of local and cross-border transactions. He also has extensive experience in joint ventures and commodity supply and offtake agreements. He is an accomplished international speaker on the topic of mining law.
