Pieter Colyn/南非

Pieter Colyn is joint head of mine and occupational health and safety (MOHS) at ENSafrica. His experience ranges from general litigation to labour law and administrative law, with his key focus being MOHS law. As a litigation attorney, Pieter represents clients primarily in the mining, construction and heavy manufacturing industries, and has personally appeared for a variety of companies and top executive and management personnel in accident investigations/inquiries, criminal matters and inquests, particularly following major mine and occupational accidents and disasters. Pieter also assists employers to deal with closure orders, administrative fines, etc, and to conduct legal compliance audits.
