Jamie Thomas leads the Singapore office banking and restructuring practice. His experience spans several markets including London, New York, Tokyo, Myanmar, Russia, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran and India. He focuses on all forms of finance including leveraged finance, restructurings, debt buy-backs, asset-backed lending, structured lending, cross-border finance, pre-IPO financings, subscription line financings and securitizations. His Asia expertise also includes upstream oil & gas financing and financing for power projects and the telecoms industry. He advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on structured products and OTC derivative transactions, including credit default swaps, equity derivatives and stock-lending transactions.
